Visa:

If you need a visa to enter Japan, we ask you to contact us by September 15. Please use the contact button located at the top of this webpage.

Visitors Information:

Due to the expected large number of participants with a variety of interests, we decided not to organize a conference excursion. Instead, we plan to have a dedicated on-site staff who will assist you in arranging short trips and suggesting nearby tourist attractions. We suggest a few websites below which can be used as a guide for your trip to Japan. There is also a link in the registration page for (English) guided tours.
