Japanese
TThe Tokyo International Forum is located near the Tokyo station, which is easily accessible from both Narita and Haneda airports. The airport limousine bus is a convenient way to travel from both airports. You can purchase your tickets after going through the arrival gate at the airport. Alternatively, you can take the train to the Tokyo station. From Narita, the Narita Express is convenient, and takes you straight to Tokyo station without changing trains. From Haneda, you will need to change trains (see the link below for detailed instructions).
If you need a visa to enter Japan, we ask you to contact us by September 15. Please use the contact button located at the top of this webpage.
Due to the expected large number of participants with a variety of interests, we decided not to organize a conference excursion. Instead, we plan to have a dedicated on-site staff who will assist you in arranging short trips and suggesting nearby tourist attractions. We suggest a few websites below which can be used as a guide for your trip to Japan. There is also a link in the registration page for (English) guided tours.
